Rules of the service

Terms of Service

These terms explain the basic agreement between you and Revelog while the service is in public beta.

Last updated August 24, 2026

Using Revelog

The Revelog beta is currently limited to people aged 18 and over. You must provide your own accurate date of birth when creating an account.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to your email and devices secure. Do not share credentials or attempt to access an account that is not yours.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You give Revelog a limited, worldwide license to host, reproduce, process, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service. This license ends when the content is removed from active service, except for protected moderation records, backups, legal obligations, and content shared by others where continued display is necessary for conversation integrity.

You must have the right to post what you upload. Do not post material that violates another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights.

Communities and moderation

Server owners and moderators may set additional community rules and may remove content or members from their communities. Revelog may also restrict accounts, remove content, preserve evidence, or contact appropriate authorities when needed to protect people, comply with law, or protect the service.

Moderation tools and automated abuse signals can make mistakes. Available reports and appeals will be reviewed using the information retained for safety and accountability.

Service availability and beta changes

Revelog is currently a beta service. Features can change, fail, or become unavailable. We may limit access, pause risky features, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain security and reliability.

The service is provided without a promise that it will always be available or free from errors. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited in your location.

Account suspension and termination

You may delete your account from account settings. Revelog may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated rule violations, security threats, unlawful activity, or attempts to disrupt the service.
